Camp Sovereignty sends out the biggest love to the Kiwi crew in Wellington that held a solidarity demo today. Photos and story below:

On Wednesday the 15th of March about 25 people gathered outside the Australian High Commission in Wellington to support the Black GST's Stolenwealth Games campaign in Melbourne, Australia. The group requested to meet with the High Commissioner to present him the demands of the Black GST but he refused their request so the gift was attached to the gate and the Australian flag was burned.

"The High Commissioner's inability to meet with a group of Black GST supporters today is indicative of the way Australia has ignored the plight of the Aboriginal people's whose land they live upon," said spokesperson Jakob Otter. "We reiterate that we are opposed to all festivities that celebrate the extension of any empire, and affirm our solidarity with the Aboriginal people of Australia and those peoples across the globe, including here in Aotearoa, who have paid such a massive cost for these games to exist."
